Saturday, and we operate in three shifts. Our support team is available

urgent situations or for project work, services can be provided on
weekends for an additional fee.
Do you have a production policy for weekends or international
holidays?
Yes, we offer services on weekends with prior
notice, which will incur an extra charge. However, we remain open on
international holidays to ensure your editing needs are met.

What is your free trial policy?
At Perfect Retouching, we offer a free trial
that allows you to edit one photo at every service before you start
working with us. This gives you a chance to assess the quality of our
photo editing. We recommend opting for simple editing for your free

How can I send an image for a free trial?
If you want to have a free trial you just
need to fill up a form with the required information. After filling up
with proper information submit the form. And then you will be able to
get a free trial on a service that you choose.
How many images can I retouch for a free trial?
You can retouch one image from each of our
services for the free trial.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours.
We also offer express services with delivery times of 6, 12, or 18 hours
for an additional charge. For project-based work, delivery timelines are
specified in the signed agreement. Please note that delivery may be
delayed if our production house is particularly busy. In urgent cases,
expedited service is available at a higher price, but we always strive
to meet deadlines for every order.
Do you offer rush-hour delivery?
Yes, we prioritize your needs! We can
provide rush-hour services, delivering images within 2 to 3 hours, or
even sooner, depending on the complexity and number of images. Please
note that rush-hour jobs include additional charges.
How do you define "Next Morning" delivery?
We aim to deliver images within 24 hours.
However, delivery times may vary based on our production house's
workload. In urgent situations, the cost of expedited delivery will be
higher than our regular rates. We commit to delivering on time for most
orders, barring any emergencies.
Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
We strive for punctual delivery for all
client orders. Our team is dedicated to providing quality service while
adhering to schedules. Please keep in mind that we are closed on
Sundays, so orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday unless
arranged otherwise. For urgent Sunday requests, please contact us in
advance, and we will make accommodations for an extra shift.
Do you have a redo policy?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the
results, we offer a redo option. For more details on our redo policy,

What is the difference between a redo and a correction?
A redo is available if you're not satisfied
with the output. It allows for minor adjustments to enhance the image
based on the services specified in your order, and there is no charge
for this. A correction, on the other hand, involves modifying retouching
instructions, the number of images, delivery time, or any alterations
not previously discussed. Corrections are treated as new orders and will
incur additional charges.
How can I create an account?
You can easily create your account on our
Portal to access our photo editing services.
How can I place a new order?
First, you need to create an account on our
Portal. Once you’re logged in, navigate to your account dashboard and
click on the “Place Order” button.
What if I forget my password or login details?
If you forget the password then simply
click “Forgot Password” to reset your account password.
How do I transfer a large volume of data?
You can conveniently transfer large amounts
of data through our Portal. Additionally, we offer personal FTP accounts
for secure transfers. You can also use third-party services like
WeTransfer, Dropbox, or YouSendIt, whichever you prefer.
Do you accept images in all formats?
Yes, we accept a variety of image file
formats, including .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .tif, .zip, .rar, and .psd.
We also accept camera raw formats, though an additional fee may apply.
Please avoid sending files in .exe format.
Are there any limitations on data transfer?
No, there are no limitations on sending
large volumes of images. You can transfer images through Dropbox, FTP,
Google Drive, or our Portal—whichever method is most convenient for you.
When can I get an FTP account?
If you have a large quantity of images or
need a secure and quick transfer, you can request an FTP account from us
at any time.
Is your FTP account unlimited?
Yes, we provide an unlimited-space FTP
account. Please let us know your expected file size and how much space
you’ll need.

You can pay for your services once your
photo editing is completed. Simply log in to your account, process the
payment, and download your images. Please note that downloading images
requires payment in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you have a flexible payment system?

weekly, quarterly, or monthly. For project-based work, we can establish
