Q.How can I place an Order?
First, you have to create an account in our Portal. After, completing the Sign-Up form, you will get an e-mail from us. Verifying your email, you will gain access to your account. In the dashboard, you have to select the “Place Order” button to place your order.
Q.What is your general turn-around time?
We need 24 hours (minimum) to complete image processing. However, we also offer quick turn-around time such as 6 hours, 12 hours, and 18 hours. In that case, we charge higher than regular pricing.
Q.How can I Upload/Download file?
At first, you have to select “Place Order” on the dashboard to Upload images. Completing the form, you can choose the photos and drop them to upload. Whereas, at the end of our work, you’ll get an email to download images. Moreover, you’ll be allowed to download your images only after you make the payment.
Q.Which Payment method do you accept?
We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa- all other debit cards.
Q.How can I get Support?

Q.Do you offer a Refund?
Yes, we offer a refund as we prefer to maintain a cooperative relationship with our clients. However, we refund only for legitimate claims.
